DUAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING

First generation of Bosch apprentices graduates – with the GIC/AHK Vietnam certificates – DIHK Germany standard.

After 3.5 years, the first 17 graduates of the Bosch Training Center (TGA) received their German and Vietnamese certificates for the successful completion of the dual vocational training program in industrial mechanics from GIC/AHK Vietnam, LILAMA2 International Technology College and Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The dual vocational training program in industrial mechanics fulfills the criteria of the quality category A, the highest quality category of the German DIHK for dual vocational training outside Germany. During this program, apprentices learn the theory at LILAMA2 and have practical training in Bosch TGA as well as in the Bosch production factory. The apprentices had to pass two examinations, the examination part 1 after 18 months of training, the final examination part 2 after 3,5 years. The examinations are organized according to the German DIHK standards, based on official examination questions from Germany and certified by DIHK/AHK Vietnam.

Bosch TGA is one of the first partnerships under the dual-vocation training framework of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (GIC/AHK Vietnam) (with the DIHK Germany standard).

16 graduates got offered employment contracts by Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd. right after their graduation. At the moment, Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd. has 81 apprentices in the two dual vocational training programs in industrial mechanics and mechatronics. The qualification of the first graduates, the current number of the apprentices as well as the increasing number of applicants for our next dual vocational training courses show the success of this dual vocational training model with German DIHK standards in Vietnam. The dual training program model supports companies to train qualified employees and young talents and ensure sustainability of the Vietnamese labor market. More on our dual vocational training project please find here >>>
